Hello!! Our family is proud to offer Carson City, Nevada its first Cryo Spa. Locally owned and operated by David, Debbie, Taylor, and Lauren.
We have always been dedicated to our health and fitness as a family. We love the outdoors, our puppies, baseball, clean eating, yoga, gardening, reading… focused on
being our best selves everyday.

We are local entrepreneurs and when we learned about the new technology that Cryo had to offer, it was a no brainer.
We felt our beautiful town should have access to the same options as the people in NY and Hollywood- to help us all live our most confident lives.

SUSAN SCHAFER
Massage Therapist
A So California native, graduated from Bastyr University as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in 2015 and from Bellevue Massage School in 2016. Susan specializes in finding the root cause of your pain using a combination of Cranio Sacral and Myofascial therapy. She loves body work and trying to help people find their best self.
JEN HOBSON
Massage Therapist
Jen has been a massage therapist since 2019 in Carson City. She specializes in sports massage, cupping, deep tissue, hot and cold stones, table crawling, and relaxation massages.
AMANDA MABESOONE
Advanced Esthetician & Cryo Technician
Amanda is an Advanced Esthestician and Cryo Technician also a massage therapist for over a decade. She is passionate about holistic health and wellness and is also a Yoga instuctor and Sound healing practitioner.

Esthetician
Marina is a passionate skincare technician with over 9 years extensive hands on experience. Proudly specializing in acne, hyperpigmentation and anti-aging treatments.
SARA RUNGE
Massage Therapist
Sara has been practicing massage therapy since 2019 here in Carson City. She specializes in sports massage, cupping, deep tissue, hot and cold stones, table crawling, and relaxation massages. She is also our in house VA approve therapist.
KAT OPPEDAHL
Spa Manager
A Nevada native studying environmental science at WNC. Kat loves travel, art, music, and lights up any room she walks into.

Massage Therapist & Reiki Practitioner
Sabrina began her inner self journey in Reiki energy work in 2007. She fell in love with how amazing it can impact the soul and therefore improve quality of life. In 2013 she began her massage career and now feels complete on her chosen path.

Mindy is a licesned Advanced Esthetician and Cryo Technician. As a retired Navy veteran, Mindy has the natural ability to be of service o others and continues to serve by revealing the beauty with her cliens.
DALE COLLINS
Massage Therapist
Has lived in Carson City since 1983 and working as a MT for 20 years. Graduated from Baum Healing Arts Center with many specialities under his belt. Dale is our sports massage therapy specialist.
RIN ARDESCO
Esthetician & Yumi Technician
Rin became an esthetician in 2012 and has worked as a makeup artist and specializes in lash & brow techniques. Rin is our Yumi Lash and Brow Specialist.

Owner
Originally from Atlanta, GA and UGA graduate but has called Nevada home since 2001. Local small business owner and entrepreneur.
